Can I return my shoes if they don't fit?

Yes, we accept returns on standard collection items within 28 days of delivery, provided they are in unworn, original condition. Please note that bespoke or customized orders may be subject to different terms.

What type of leather do you use?

We source only the finest materials from world-class tanneries, including Horween (USA) and C. F. Stead (England), featuring full-grain leathers, suedes, and shell cordovan.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide using tracked courier services. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Can your sneakers and shoes be resoled?

Yes, many of our styles are constructed using methods that allow for resoling. We offer a professional resoling service to extend the life of your Crown Northampton footwear.
