At Crown Northampton, we take pride in our handcrafted quality; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 28 days of receipt. Please ensure all footwear is returned in its original, unworn condition and within the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your official return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn footwear in its original branded box and include the completed returns form provided in your initial shipment.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master shoemakers inspect the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
